Time management and Setting up lab

Today we started with the Time management discussion , How to get the things get done on time in fab and in life too, Fransisco also taught us about catch up plans in light of a project scenario, we discussed three ways of time management as follows

  • Supply vs Demand-based time
  • serial vs parallel development
  • Spiral development
which made us think about current status in the pre-fab training and which urge us to run fast in the course.After that we each are assigned with cleaning assignments me and rashid took the inventory management which was the one amoung the tedious task but it was fun seeing the tidy fab store after cleaning up
